What place does Vietnam hold in the minds of the filmmakers we have selected? Are their origins the reflection of an introspection, a root for inspiration or simple clues scattered here and there throughout the plot?

For this very 1st edition of Ici Vietnam Festival Cinéma, the public was in the front row to discover an international selection of 14 short films. Over the weekend, the 4 screenings were followed by discussions in the presence of the movie crews. Other delights: a round table discussion was led by the director Philippe Rostan and a FilmLab was set up to let the audience enjoy the films screened again and again.
