After a 1st screening of the short film (16') in October 2020, The Nodey Process returned as a feature film on the big screen of the cinema le Grand Action in Paris 5e for a very special screening on June 27, 2021. The evening went on with a round table discussion with the directors Maël Lê-Hurand and Francis Cutter, the scriptwriter Pierre Tâm-Anh Lê Khac, hosted by Anthony Cheylan, journalist and editor of Clique TV and Curaterz.

In the midst of an identity crisis, Nodey, a French-Vietnamese hip-hop composer, decides to leave the Paris region where he has always lived for an increasing obsession of his: the Asian continent. Between Paris, Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City, his itinerant creative process allows him to compose his first solo album. This process brings to light several intertwined stories: that of a sound engineer who breaks free from the impostor syndrome to assert himself as a full-fledged artist, that of a son of immigrants who reconnects with the land of his ancestors, or that of a rising Asian continent that wants to claim its place on the global pop scene.

Francis Cutter is a director and VFX Artist based in Paris. After studying animation at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris, he directed his first video "F.U.Y.A" for C2C, which won a Victoire de la Musique award for best music video.
