Âni Võ is a Vietnamese-German director and screenwriter. Between 2012 and 2016, she worked on various commercial and film sets in Vietnam and Germany, participated in the Writer's Room of the SyFy series SPIDES and worked as a 1st assistant director on sets for Bavaria Fiction, Zieglerfilm Munich or Studio Zentral. She has been studying Feature Film Directing at the HFF Munich since 2016 and has made several short fiction films as a director, writer and producer. In 2020 she was awarded for Best Student Director at the European Cinematography Awards. Âni directed three episodes of a TV series for a major German broadcaster in the summer of 2022.
